Chinas track and field team end world championship journey to win 2 Gold 1 silver 3 copper ending

  

BEIJING, July 25 (Xinhua) — On the evening of 24th Beijing time, the 2022 Oregon world track and field championships entered the final competition day. With Chinese player He Xianghong winning the fifth place in the men’s 35km walking race, the Chinese team ended all the journey in this world championship. In the men’s 35km race final held on the same day, Chinese player He Xianghong walked out of his personal best score of 2:24:45, winning the fifth place and refreshing the national record of the project. The other two Chinese players, Yang Ben and Xu Hao, won the 15th and 17th place with scores of 2:28:56 and 2:29:55 respectively, which also refreshed their personal best scores. So far, the Chinese team has finished all the journey in this world championship. Among the 23 projects participated, the Chinese players won 6 medals in total, 2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze.
