Foreign media: Brighton coach PROTONIC has agreed to coach Chelsea
Xinhua News Agency, London, September 8th according to a number of foreign media reports, the Premier League Chelsea club has reached an oral agreement with Graham PROTONIC, the current head coach of Brighton club, to be the new Chelsea manager PROTONIC.
